Our voice-based call reporting allows traveling sales reps to save hours each week reporting what they are doing out in the field. Instead of sitting at the computer for up to 4 hours a week typing their activity into salesforce.com, Siebel, SAP, etc., they use our voice-based system from the road.
Sales reps now report more about their customers and prospects, giving them timely, accurate data for targeted sales, and more time each week to do it!
Sales managers now have real-time insight into what their sales reps are doing.
Our team carries a breadth of experience and varying backgrounds. Our Founder and CEO is a lifelong entrepreneur. He grew up in India, went to grad school at Northwestern in Engineering, and then delved into the start-up world. He developed our product by managing his own sales force.
Our Corporate Development lead spent the last few years in Management Consulting in Chicago and Sydney before joining Tandem Solutions this year. During this time she built an understanding of several different industries, and carried out projects relating to Sales Force and CRM systems. She has also been part of several successful start-up projects.
