KNODE has developed a cloud-based platform to automatically identify the most relevant experts inside and across individual institutions via unique machine learning algorithms and big data processing techniques. KNODE's users – from individuals to teams to whole organizations – can access experts and their knowledge through a SaaS-based web interface, or use lightweight web APIs and UI widgets to integrate the KNODE service into enterprise collaboration tools like Microsoft SharePoint and other systems.
