Justin.tv is building the destination site for broadcasting and watching live video online while chatting with friends.

Justin.tv tears down the walls of traditional video and social networking sites by enabling viewers and broadcasters to interact and exchange ideas in real time through chat and live video.

In the past, live broadcasting was only available to large media corporations who were willing to spend millions of dollars. Today, Justin.tv has democratized live video by shrinking all of the functionality of an expensive TV satellite trunk into a simple laptop or desktop computer.

Justin.tv is the largest and fastest-growing live video site on the internet. Our mission is to make live video fun and easy to use and for the past two years we've been doing exactly that. Since we opened up our broadcasting service in October 2007, we have registered over 3.3 million users. In the past eight months, our site doubled four times; recently jumping into the Alexa Top 500 Global websites.

The people here are smart, friendly and driven. We have MIT dropouts, robot-builders, and PhDs. We come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. You'll find us very welcoming, and you'll definitely learn a lot from the people around you.

We're still a small team of eleven, and each team member must support a large and complex site. We believe strongly in doing things right the first time to prevent future headaches.

We treat ourselves well. Everyone sits down to a free catered lunch together on week-days. We have a great company health plan that includes dental-care and vision.
