GridMarkets aims to make the promise of utility computing into a reality through Cloud & Grid-computing technologies. We are building a platform for institutions to supply their excess CPU capacity to other institutions with high computational needs in areas as diverse as media & entertainment, engineering, biotech/pharma, financial services, etc. Our expertise and credibility in developing a powerful technology platform, flexible commercial model and robust legal framework have allowed us to line up prestigious blue-chip suppliers with demanding institutional consumers.
We are now building out our pipeline and expanding the team to capitalise on this significant opportunity in a new and burgeoning market.
We are a software-only player in the I/PaaS space. We are developing a technical platform, commercial model and legal framework to create a market for institutions to trade their excess capacity with other institutions with high computational needs.
Founded by highly experienced (C-level) entrepreneurs and advisors with strong technology backgrounds in financial services, telecoms and consulting. Each of our members brings a unique style and experience to the organisation and we are looking for new members to complement the team.
