The Gickup Mission
Gickup is the first real, social, Massively, Multi-player, Online, Video-Chat Gaming (MMOVCG) platform.
Gickup is a browser-based, group video chat-based gaming service where people can play new social games, meet friends and have fun. As with TV, it’s also a destination where users can watch others play a game. However, unlike with TV, if at any point a user desires, he/she can jump in the queue and challenge the winner(s) of the last game. Because Gickup is a group video chat-based gaming platform, it provides a compelling destination for social discovery and serendipity unlike any other site. Since games are rules-based, it facilitates a natural means of interaction. As such, Gickup makes it easy to meet new people and build relationships.
Gickup was co-founded by Michael Mikikian (the Hustler) and Brian Fudge (the Hacker). Gickup was conceived about a year ago after the video-chat site Chat Roulette took the world by surprise.
