Coincident is developing a hardware and software-based energy management platform for residential and small commercial energy consumers. Our system automates energy management tasks so that customers can save money while reducing their environmental impact.

Coincident currently has eleven employees and contractors and is led by Jason Hanna, an entrepreneur and high technology veteran. Jason is also the Managing Director & Co-Founder of Greentown Labs, Boston's only clean technology incubator. Our VP of Engineering, Robert Cooper, is an experienced entrepreneur, technology executive and system architect. The rest of our team consists of two crack hardware and operating system engineers that spent time at Bell Laboratories and Lucent, two brilliant and experienced software engineers (one of which published a leading security framework book), and a small group of incredibly talented advisors, researchers, and business contributors.

We're part of Greentown Labs, Boston's first and only clean technology incubator. With twelve start-ups currently in residence, it's one of most exciting cleantech workplaces in the region! Conveniently located in Boston's Innovation District, just 3.5 blocks from South Station, easily accessible by rail, foot, bicycle, bus, or car.
